A body believed to belong to the local rapper WizDaWizard was found in the morning of Friday, March 29, in Hallandale Beach. The body was found by police in the house just off Northwest 6th Terrace & 10th Street shortly before 8 am. Numerous posts on social media say the deceased has been rapper WizDaWizard. Hallandale Beach Police has not identified the person who died nor disclosed the exact cause of the death. The police have stated that the "unusual circumstance in this particular case" justifies their silence. "He is known throughout South Florida, however, because of the integrity of the investigation and proper communication to family members, we're unable to divulge the name at the moment," said Captain Megan Jones of the Hallandale Beach Police Department. Neighbors were told by NBC 6 no one has resided in the house where the body was discovered for a number of months. The police are also looking into the shooting of rapper SpotemGottem when he was cruising on I-95.
