Katherine Heigl has revealed that she grew up in a bubble of white and how that influenced how she raised her adopted, multiracial kids. The actress "Firefly Lane", revealed to a reporter that it did not matter how dark her skin color was for her. After meeting her Korean-American adopted older sister, she noticed the differences in how people treated her and her. In my interview, I inquired of Meg what she thought of her treatment at public events, whether in the presence of or without parents, the treatment was very completely different. She responded "Oh Yes! All the all the time!" Heigl told Parents, "That made me realise that I had been so ignorant."
