Dwayne was the founding pastor at Wellspring Church, Charlotte NC in 2007, which he was ordained in 2007. He also serves as the pastor's director to the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne's passion is equipping the next generation of Biblical Counselors. He serves on the committee of directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition.
